These prints are about craftsmanship, tradition, travel, escape, and the possibility to share an experience. I can't look at these prints without thinking about places I could go.
I had a Swampscott Dory a few years ago and liked rowing it in the Erie Canal with a friend. Both boat and friend are gone now but the photographs remain. These prints are an attempt to preserve, or recall, that time. I have a new friend now and am looking for another dory.
